Based on a french recipe our onion marmalade is made with red and white onions and cooked with organic olive oil, balsamic vinegar and herbs, to give a sweet caramelised flavour. Goes well with cooked meats, mix into soups and stews for added depth. Add to quiche for that extra deliciousness.
Perfect with cheese and biscuits.
Contains no artificial anything, so once opened store in the fridge. Settling may occur and is not a problem so simply give a shake and all is well.
